Swim Lab and X Lab, both under the umbrella of Sports Schooling, offer private coaching programmes tailored to every swimmer’s needs.

  • Swim Lab heads our Learn-to-Swim and foundational programmes, focusing on water confidence, safety, and strong technical foundations.
  • X Lab is the competitive training arm of Sports Schooling, specialising in advanced technique work, race preparation, and performance development.

Whether you’re just starting out or training for competitive events, our private coaching provides the flexibility and attention needed to accelerate your progress.

Each session is personalised, with a maximum of 2 swimmers per class, and available at the location of your choice.

We offer both short-term (4–6 sessions) and long-term programmes to suit your goals, schedule, and pace of learning — for children and adults alike.

Learn-to-Swim (Beginners)

A safe, encouraging space for children and adults learning to swim for the first time.
Our beginner sessions focus on:

  • Water confidence and safety
  • Basic floating and body positioning
  • Freestyle and backstroke fundamentals
  • Breath control and kicking technique
  • Comfort and independence in the water

Our coaches are certified and experienced in working with nervous swimmers, including adult beginners. Progress at your pace, with full coach support in every session.

Intermediate Swimmers

For swimmers who know the basics and want to level up.

These sessions are perfect for:

  • Improving stroke efficiency and endurance
  • Learning breaststroke and butterfly
  • Introduction to lap swimming and basic sets
  • Drills to improve body position, breathing, and rhythm
  • Getting ready for squad training or group classes

Ideal for swimmers who have completed foundational swim lessons and want more personalised attention before transitioning to higher-level programmes.

Competitive Swimmers

For swimmers who are already training regularly and looking to sharpen their race-day edge.
Our competitive coaching is designed for:

  • Technique refinement across all strokes
  • Race-specific preparation and pacing
  • Start, turn, and finish optimisation
  • Mental strategies for racing and performance
  • Dryland strength and mobility integration (where applicable)

You’ll be coached by experienced trainers from X Lab, many of whom have worked with national-level swimmers and international youth competitors.

Ideal for swimmers preparing for school meets, club competitions, or time qualification goals.

Location of Your Choice

Private coaching is available at selected venues — including the comfort of your own condo pool, school, or any of our partnered training locations. Let us know what works best for you, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
